Follow the below steps to complete your KYC
Step 1 : Download the below 3 Forms.
Step 2 : Print the 3 Forms downloaded.
Step 3 : Arrange self attested copy of Aadhar & PAN along with a cancelled cheque.
Step 4 : Enclose the duly filled ISR 1, ISR 2, SH-13 forms along with self attested copies as mentioned in step 3 and mail all documents to the below address.
